"Like yoga, Rolfing is one of those practices that your body instantly tells you makes a lot of sense." |

Rolfing in Graz
Rolfing is like a tune-up for your body, realigning your posture so you move and feel better. It does this by working with the body's connective tissue, or fascia. This fascia is everywhere in your body: it penetrates, supports and surrounds all of the muscles, bones, nerves and organs. Rolfing works on this web-like matrix to release chronic tension patterns and realign and balance the body, alleviating pain and resolving discomfort. The end result is that you feel more at ease, and you'll move better. Adults, seniors and even children can all benefit from Rolfing because it's gentle sessions are tailored to each client's needs. |
Rolfer in Graz
I decided to become a Rolfer after "getting Rolfed" while I was studying massage at the East West College of Healing Arts in Portland, Oregon. I had knee and back problems for years, likely largely due to my racing bicycles while completing my degree at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Rolfing resolved my problems, allowing me to run without pain. I continue to thoroughly enjoy physical activities such as running, martial arts, yoga, kettlebell and slackline. I'm happy that I can now help others to enjoy their bodies more. |
